Please note, the following information pertains to our 4th annual event and may change in 2014.
Booth spaces are being made available inside the Trenton High School gymnasium/commons and a vendor application with additional details and booth pricing will be made available as soon as possible. Booths start at only $40 for a 10×10 space, and $80 for a 10×20, electricity will be available in certain spaces and this is an indoor event (unless you specifically request to set up outside).
Alternately, if your business is not interested in taking out booth space at this time, we ask you to please consider becoming an event sponsor. Sponsors are invited to hang a banner in the gymnasium advertising their business, products, or services. Each event sponsor will also be mentioned frequently in our Expo advertising materials and during the course of the event. Banner sponsorship is only $25 – want a high visibility, low cost advertising solution that will be visible to hundreds of women from the Green Hills area? This is a great opportunity!
At the heart of this event is also very worthy fundraising cause. Your booth fees will go to help the Women’s Health Services program operated by Green Hills Community Action Agency. This program provides low-cost health care options to thousands of women in this area, including services such as reproductive care, cancer screenings, treatment of infections, availability of contraceptives, and educational materials.
Last year’s Expo was very well received, and we expect this year’s event to only be better! We truly hope you can join us!
Crafters, Vendors, and Sponsors
We are currently seeking artisans, crafters, vendors, non-profit groups, or other businesses interested in booth space or banner sponsorship for this event. Booths start at only $40 for a 10×10 space, and banner sponsorships are only $25. (View the application.)
To make it easy to pay for your space/sponsorship this year, we’ve added a PayPal button. Select your booth size or banner sponsorship level from the drop down below, and hit “Pay Now”, you will then be taken through the PayPal check out process. In addition to submitting your payment via PayPal, please complete and submit an application for the Expo.
Please note: we cannot reserve spaces without a completed application and payment. Some companies limit the number of sales reps allowed per show. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Thank you!
